The Ohio Theatre is a barrier-free environment for your theater-going convenience. Seating locations, restrooms, drinking fountains and telephone facilities are provided for wheelchair guests. Please advise the box office of your need for a wheelchair location when ordering your tickets.

Large type programs are available at the House Manager’s Office. The Ohio Theatre is equipped with a sound augmentation system to aid guests with hearing impairments. Wireless headsets are available at the House Manager’s Office. You will need to provide identification.

Wheelchair IconThere are 32 handicap accessible seats in the Ohio Theatre, of which 20 are wheelchair accessible and provide room for companion seating. Wheelchair accessible seats are located in the boxes, located in Section B on the main floor.

Signing IconSign-interpreted performances are offered at the second Sunday matinee of each production.

The location of the interpreter varies according to the particular stage set-up for each play. To determine the location of the interpreter for the performance you plan to attend, or to order tickets, please email Daniel Hahn.

Audio IconAudio-described performances are offered at the first Sunday matinee.

Wireless headsets are available from the Audio Describer who can be found at the House Manager's Office. You will need to provide identification to obtain a headset. For Tickets Call 216/241-6000.

Parking
The Playhouse Square Parking Garage is located at 1450 Chester Avenue and is equipped with an elevator attached to Playhouse Square Center.
