A Re-Imagined Hanna Theatre will:

• Provide Great Lakes Theater Festival with a unique, permanent home and strong brand identity to draw audiences to downtown Cleveland with first-rate productions presented in a distinctively innovative space.
• Enhance the Theater District with a flexible, mid-sized, thrust theater space and advance Playhouse Square Foundation’s legacy as a visionary pioneer in historic theater restoration and community development.
• Contribute to the economic redevelopment of downtown Cleveland by expanding the impact of the Theater District up the 14th Street corridor and along Euclid Avenue.
