Ticket Donation Request

Welcome! Great Lakes Theater is happy to support the valuable efforts of Northeast Ohio non-profits with our Ticket Donation program. For approved requests, we will provide two (2) "A-Level" ticket vouchers valid for any non-opening night performance to any remaining production in our current season.

Requirements for consideration:

We only accept ticket donation requests from May 1 through February 15. Ticket donations will be valid for select performances per Great Lakes Theater's discretion.
Your request must be for a Northeast Ohio non-profit and include a formal letter of request on organizational letterhead (upload required below).
Your request must be submitted via the form below, completed entirely, and received at least 5 weeks prior to your Donation Due Date to ensure time for processing and delivery.
Your request must be for an Auction/Raffle Item and include "Great Lakes Theater" as such a supporter if/when possible.

We will not consider:

Incomplete online requests forms.
Requests by phone or mail.
Requests for sponsorships, political causes, or individual parties/benefits/memorials.
Multiple requests for ticket donations. Non-profit organizations are limited to one request per calendar year.

If your request is approved:

We will mail to your Organization Address a ticket donation package. As a reminder, ticket donations will be valid for select performances per Great Lakes Theater's discretion. Due to the high volume of requests, we are only able to notify approved requests by mail. No phone calls or emails please.
